- Leasing. Marketing vacancies, qualifying tenants, and negotiating leases that hold up for both sides.
- Maintenance coordination. Tenant requests come in through the portal, by form, or by phone, and we coordinate the work.
- Rent collection. Tenants pay online through the AppFolio tenant portal.
- Owner reporting. Statements, financial reports, and real-time property performance in the owner portal.
Handing off the day-to-day doesn't mean losing visibility. Owners get transparent reporting and a team that treats the property like its own.

It depends on the property type, its size and what you want us to handle. We look at the property first and then give you a proposal.
Can I see how my property is doing?
Yes. Owners get statements, financial reports and property performance in the AppFolio owner portal, any time.
Who handles repairs and emergencies?
We do. Tenants submit routine requests through the portal or our form, urgent problems go to our emergency line, and we coordinate the vendors and the work.
