This policy covers glennmartincompany.com, the website of Glenn Martin Company, 407-B Traffic Way, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 (California DRE corporate license #02244964). It explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out a form, we receive what you enter: usually your name, email, phone number, a property address or unit, and your message.
- Where the inquiry came from. Each form also sends the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source). The site keeps that in your browser's local storage so it can be attached to a form you send later in the visit.
- Basic site measurement. Our host, Netlify, records standard server logs and anonymous page-performance measurements.
How we use it
To answer you, arrange showings, discuss your property, handle maintenance requests, and keep a record of inquiries so nothing is missed. We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Services involved
- Netlify hosts the site, receives form submissions, and emails them to our office.
- AppFolio runs our tenant and owner portals, rental listings, and online applications. Links to those pages take you to AppFolio, and its own terms and privacy policy apply there.
- Google serves the site's fonts and the map on the contact page. Loading them lets Google see your IP address and browser details.
Our internal tools
Our private internal tools may read the company's own email accounts, read-only, to keep track of inquiries and follow-ups, including form notifications sent from this site. Those tools don't send email and share nothing outside the company.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as we need them to work with you and as long as real estate record-keeping rules require.
Your choices
You can ask what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we're required to keep it. Email office@glennmartincompany.com or call 805.234.5912. You can also clear this site's local storage in your browser settings.
The site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
